Another beautiful Moldavite from the Stoh region.  Stoh is close to Besednice where the minerals in the soil and sand create the best sculpturing.  The one side has a number of lighter spots where small pieces have cracked away from the main piece.  These are not flaws or breaks but a mark of the stone's character :-)  They may have happened during mining but more likely as a result of being in the ground for 14.5 million years.  The other side is perfect.

I love this type of moldavite - very mountainous and rocky.  This is an impressive chunk of green stuff!
