Grade - Collector - Museum AA. A couple of tiny nicks but she is very beautiful one of the nicest I've seen.

Location - Besednice

Another outstanding example of a Besednice hedgehog.  This is one of my treasures but as I've said - they are not all for my personal collection, some days I am drawn to sell one and often I will look through my little collection and the first one I pick is the right one and other days, like today I put the first one aside because I can't bare to be parted from it.  Some how they always seem to be the one that says "Some one is looking for me and I must go".  I can always feel the excitement when one of my girls chooses to leave and go to be with their 'person'.

Like a proud mother I can say - she is perfection.  She has a superb shape, wafer thin along one edge but with the characteristic texture of a 'hog'.  The other edge is thicker and the sculpturing is (of course) deeper.  Delicate, delicate, delicate.  The back has a slight scallop and curves upwards.  There are a couple of tiny nick which I didn't notice until I took photos and zoomed in, they do not detract from her beauty at all and you would barely notice them.    The photo's do not do her justice at all. Because she is so slender she is a nice size but at a low weight, since I base prices mainly on weight  she's very good value for money.  I hate talking money when I'm selling my babies, it's so tacky!  That said, Moldavites have an interesting perspective on their own value (in money terms) they think it's quite high!

I have a very small number that I am prepared to part with - so if you feel her talking to you and her beauty makes you cry, then she must be yours.  To be honest it's going to break my heart to part with her.  Quite apart from that - she's a fantastic investment !
